Data Deletion

Katherine AI respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our platform.

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

You can delete your data directly from within the Katherine AI platform:

To disconnect an integration and stop data syncing:

  1. Log in to your account at app.getkatherine.ai
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Click Disconnect on the integration you want to remove
  4. Confirm the disconnection

This will immediately stop all future data syncing and remove stored access tokens for that integration.

To delete individual contacts:

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the sidebar
  2. Select the contact(s) you want to delete
  3. Click Delete from the bulk actions menu
  4. Confirm the deletion

To delete call recordings:

  1. Navigate to Calls in the sidebar
  2. Select the call(s) you want to delete
  3. Click Delete to remove the recording, transcript, and associated data

Option 2: Request Full Account Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of all data associated with your account, email us at:

If you cancel your subscription without requesting data deletion:

Facebook Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account to Katherine AI and want to delete all Facebook-related data:

  1. Use the self-service method above to disconnect your Facebook integration
  2. Or send a data deletion request email specifying your Facebook page name(s)

We will delete all leads imported from your Facebook Lead Ads, your Facebook page access tokens, and any associated lead flow rules.
